Any clues on how to 3D profile?

Having to do a finish cut profile on a part that the z depth changes depths numerous times. Able to produce a cutter path using the text 3D milling but no lead in or out.

Any ideas.

Any 3D CAM process should work. Not sure I understand the issue you are having. Could you post your file?
