Pines Tooling

I'm needing some Pines dies and followers. Does anyone here have some or can anyone here make them?

I need 1.625. 2. 3, and 3.5 OD stuff.

It was originally a 1 1/4. We upgraded the cylinder to make it a #2 capacity.

I've been way too busy maybe and this information may be a little out of date , the pines 2 has about a 20 tons of draw force ,I have bent on a pines 2 ,2 "tube. 650 wall on 4.5 in radius with the arm pressures set at max without the machine stalling but it just barely managed so unless the tube is below .150 wall 12 inches radius on the 3.5 in you may lack the balls to do the job ! I have a few dies available with clamps and backslides as sets ,what are your needs ,I also have a lot of mandrels with some single ball combination's what are you building? maybe a gothic backlide is a possibility and yes I have a few mostly larger sizes 1.5 ,1.75 ,1.875 ,2 , 2.25, 2.5, 3 there are only 4 parameters to set on any bender ( three if your not running a booster !) but its the adjustment of those settings that can make or break the job ,my latest challenge is to bend 1.5in schedule 40 pipe on 2.25 in radius, 80 degree bends with 6 % ovality maximum no internal support allowed
