Anyone know where I can get some "cheaper" new or used tooling for a #2 pines?

We currently are looking for cheaper supplier to dies for our CNC Tube Bender. We are currently making our own because we are a full machine shop and have a bender for complimentary purposes.

I am thinking about making custom tooling for CNC Benders after looking at the prices. I realize they are a one shot price for these tooling shops, but my goodness, with some standardizing blanks, a shop could make some money by selling them for 1/2 the price.
