    What process for this piece?

    Hello Guys,
Well, I have been asked to do some little boxes, pack of cigarettes size.
The material is 22 ga stainless steel (430, 304, 316, doesnt matter really) with a satin finish.

As always the customer has an uncommon urgency to have this made yesterday.

He is willing to start with a small production of about 500 a week, until we can figure out which way to do this in a cost effective way for 60,000 pieces total. (two months)

We were thinking having the blanks cut out with a laser, and just fold, weld, finish the welds.
im guessing we can get by with the initial production of 500, but what would be the best way to make this?
I was thinking stamping would be the way to go, but i dont know if it is within the process capabilities to make this, dont even know what tonnage would be needed to do this. It is not a problem if the bent edges get radiused.

    Any ideas?
