ANYONE OUT THERE KNOW HOW TO WORK ON A DARLEY BRAKE PRESS.
WE HAVE ONE IN NEED OF REPAIR

The back guage isnt consistent. say if you put it at 1" it will bend at like .900
and if you do it again it will be like .930 it justs jumps around like that. thanks

Is the actual reading on the screen 1" - if so check for backlash on the belts and ball screw and check the encoder coupling.
If not check the x-axis parameters and motor brushes.

Regarding the press brake what model is it?
I have a EHP200 and need a wiring diagram for it.
