| I don't know if I still have the manual, I will check, but in the mean time I seem to recall one reason is if the brake UP L.S. is made/not-made (?), it will do the same thing. Al.

| I have checked the motor and it brake, but there is no any voltage, motor and brake are with no voltage and you can turn the motor shaft by hand. Í would like to know if that controller symptom ("CAL" blinking) is normal and problem is in the "servo amplifier"!!!. Thanks. Marky |

| Sounds like a servo/power fault. You should have resistance on the shaft. I have retrofitted a few of these with Galil card. Al.

| I put the whole system together, designed around the Galil and AMC drive. I will see if I can dig the manual out and get back tomorrow. Al.

| According to the maintenance manual, if continuous flashing of CAL indicates motor drive or drive power supply, make sure O.T. limits and reset switch is not operated, and check all voltages +40vdc, -40vdc, +15vdc, -15vdc, check motor with external dc supply, push reset sw on servo motor enclosure.
