    Put a bow into 2 - 25' Aluminum "C" channel

I have 2 - 25' aluminum "C" channel pieces that I would like to put a consistent (2' rise) bow in the center. They are 6" tall and 2" wide and approx 1/4" thick. The use is for a ramp down to my dock and would like for it to have a professional look without any kinks. Does anyone have any input as to how I might be able to accomplish this? Cheers

Metal retains shape and doesn't kink if it is stretched slightly and then bent. You do not get kinks that way. This is how we bend aluminum window channels. Our machine is pneumatic and can only handle a 3' section. You are on your own on this one. Sorry

I just watched a episode of Big on Discovery channel. They bent a alum channel into a ~3' circle to use as a tire rim. All they used was a home made bender that uses 3 rollers and a hyd jack. Just keep rolling it back and forth adding a little pressure each time, it should bend.
