Leonard tube bender collet

I purchased a leonard tube bender that came without the collet and the 2 shaped fingers that close the collet. I need to know who manufactured the collet , where I might buy them and the "fingers", or at least the dimensions of the parts. I operated one of thease years ago and would like to use this one. Thanks M.L.
