Need to bend 1/2 inch sched 40 aluminium - CNCzone.com-The Largest Machinist Community on the net!

I need to bend 40 pieces of 1/2 inch, sched 40 aluminium. Outside diameter is 0.84 (or somethign like that). I only need to bend 40 pieces si I'd like to avoid buying a $600 bender if i can.

Any ideas?

The material your trying to bend is it solid bar or tube or extrusion.
