Does anybody know if the harbor freight 16 ton pipe bender can bend 3 inch schedule 40 pipe to 90 degrees? thanks

I used the mini chopper plans and i can verify they are great and useful. I modified mine to be pumped with an air over hydrolic setup. I have bent up to 2" dia x .120 wall thickness with no grunts. Once again understand that i knew what i was going to be bending and beefed up my plans a little more.
