    DIY hydraulic cylinder

Hi, I need to made custom hudraulic cylinders and would like to know if anybody have plan to do it or could give information.

Need to be around 4 to 5 inches bore and 5 inches stroke.

Rod need to be around 1.5in.

I don't know how to make this and what seals I need and tolerances for the bore.

    Something like that:

DIY Hydraulics is probably not the best idea, but if you absolutely positively must make cyl's yourself

I have often used the literature at Parker for quite a few things I have designed for Hydraulic seal components, they have a good engineering library.
