i am fairly new to press brake bending, we purchased a 30 ton 6ft mech. chicago press.
and the issue i am having is when we bend a piece of material, say 40" long. the ends bend great but in the center of the work piece is lazy or under bent, we have tried putting shims in the center and that takes alot of sample runs. is there something i am not trying or doing correctly?
