How To Bend this Tube?

I'm quoting a job for a customer and need some parts rolled. What type of machine is needed to make the part included on the PDF?

If the tube needs a constant uniform ID, a mandrel type bender will need to be used. Have you searched the Web yet for ready bent tubes that size?

Do good research on prices for the stuff.
$16/lb looks OK. Beware of high prices. You may find better.

You will still need to form over a mandrel, but at least the walls won't crush.

Review tolerances with the customer. Is the 4-place decimal a result of a default CAD setting or is it really necessary and what does it mean, if it's +-.001 you're setting yourself up for headaches & failure because that's unattainable with the tubing called out. The tolerance needs to reflect the standard tubing tolerance PLUS reasonable processing tolerance.

No,the tolerances don't need to be that tight. Just did a rough drawing. The updated specs are below. I looked for a supplier online, but I didn't have any luck. I can change the size if there is a supplier that has something close.

I did find a place to bend them. The final price was $18.50 each with shipping included. I think this was a fair price. Curious to see what what others would charge for the parts?
