    Umm over all off this travesty I could cut and bend your parts for a $1.00 a bend!!

    I would rather keep it all in house. Although if you were local that would be a sweet deal.

    Did you get it bent in one piece? I'm kinda curious because with the two brakes you listed, you would have had to do it in 2 pieces. I don't see any other way.

    With the magnetic brake it is possible to do it. I "haven't" done it yet though. In solidworks it looks like it will work just fine.

    you can make a lot of things in solidworks that you can't make in real life..FYI

    I did purchase the 48" magnetic break. Yes, its possible to bend a full enclosed box with tabs.
