press brake can't find reference point

We have problem. Press brake GASPARINI x-press 100 can't find reference point only on Y. Beam goes through limit switches without any effect. Switches passes signal to the electrical box and laser box.

    hi,

what cnc is built on your machine and is it a servo hydraulic machine or a torsion pressbrake ?

you said the switches passes the signal to the electrical box, maybe you have an relais in the control cabinet which is not working or have contact problems, so that the cnc get no signal to switch off the valves and stop the upper movement... but its just a guess from side...

if you have a servo hydraulic machine, you have 2 measuring scales on y1 and y2... maybe you can check it...

    thats all for now...

    regards
