Ok, we have an Amass at work just the same prob happens all the time. With ours we discovered there was a short in the wires from control box to circuit board. As the control box can be adjusted to the ops needs it develops short in wires due to movement. Check there. If not then check your files through bendcad if you have it, files can cause errors unknown if written wrong or have incorrect punch and die info.
