I'm hoping someone here knows how I can get a 1.625" OD circular pipe extrusion that has a solid circular core of roughly .55" that can be drilled and tapped to hold a 3/8" bolt. Basically the final product will look like a peace sign missing the bottom center leg with a .55" circle in the center that can be made to take the 3/8" bolt. It would be even better if the center was already hollow and ready for tapping. It should be 6105-T5 Aluminum, and I'm not in need of tight tolerances.

I'm going to be using it for a part I'll be selling, and as I don't know the parts demand at the moment. For the first run I'll only need ~125-250 feet, so it's probably not too economical to have a custom die made. I'm hoping someone carries this as a stock die.
