You need to make some plates to mount the motors (which is what I'm assuming you're talking about - mounting the drivers just takes screwing them down to a heatsink). The plates mount to the extrusions using the special hardware that comes with them. The screws typically mount to the motors directly, using couplers like the Oldham type; you need to use them or any slight misalignment will break off the motor shafts. The far ends of the screws need to be constrained, but not too tightly - essentially they need to float to account for heat expansion.
