    Some Fun Stuff....

    It's not to often I get to do fun one off work. So I took a break from customer parts. Just wanted to share.

    Its for my dads Harley. Skull is engraved in acrylic.

    Looks great! Is it a clutch cover?

    Edit: Hmm... no, the bolt pattern is wrong... what is it?

    Very nice work!! What size/type cutter did you use for the acrylic engraving? Which mill do you have? Thanks for sharing... Looks great!

    The bolt pattern is a dummy pattern just for looks. The real pattern is a 3 bolt.

    I used a 1/4" center drill to engrave. I built my own mill.

    Did you find a dxf of that? I had to make my own.

    No, the customer sent me a jpg and I had to make my own dxf as well. Vectric makes that easy though...it's like cheating, lol!

    Never used it. I just use Autocad with the spline tool. Works pretty well.
