Diamond Drag info needed. Looking to buy.

I'm looking to buy or build a diamond drag bit holder for my CNC mill and am looking for plans to build one, or suggestions on where to purchase the holder and bits. This is for a hobby machine and the cost needs to be low! I have found a few on the web but they wanted way too much for them. Are there some low cost options out there? I can't believe they get $200 plus for one. They seem quite simple to make. Am I missing something?

One of them link to a kit on Ebay for $89 that includes the holder and bit.
