I'm redoing the coolant catch on my mill in the hopes of more efficient overall design - and one that doesn't leak .Chips and coolant are funneled into a bucket, coolant leaks into sump. Chips stay in bucket that is the game plan anyway. It's framed in with plywood, cleaned up with bondo and then fiberglassed. Will probably be doing 2 or 3 layers and then painting the entire table. The mill will mount to two steel beams that will span across the table. |
