Hello I was calibrating my new converted bf20 mill using mach3 and have been getting miss steps when I run the calibrating program! I am using 125 in/oz motors belt driven at 2:1 ratio! the lead screws are acme threads. I plan on running slow speeds I am wondering if I am getting missteps due to lack of power? and need to run 500 oz/in motors to run efficently with this size of machine Any help would be appreicated |

| I guess we'd need to know more to be sure, like the specs of the motors and your power supply voltage etc, but those motors are really small for that machine. With ACME screws you are going to be looking at seriously slow speeds only I would think. |
