cnc4pc C6 card and vdf

Hi can any one talk me over how to wire and set up a cnc 4 pc c6 control board. I have a teco minicon all i want is stop start and speed control FWD i dont need REV just yet as im new to all this. A bit of Help on how to set it up on mach3 would be a great help all so. any help would be well taken and im going to be needing lot more to im sure soon once i get this thing up and going

just so you all know im up dateing a denford triac and up untill last week never had any cnc machines before so any tips would be of great help
