does the c10 bob work with ecp/epp port?

Ok not sure if there is a thread already on this

I have purchased a second PCI parallel port to add another bob or c3, board well for future expansion but i'm unable to get it to run on the new ports

The PCI card is a sunix 4018T twin parallel port card. The card states it will run in spp,bpp,ecp and epp but as so far i'm having no luckwith it.

My pc recognise only the ecp and epp as available so the question is the C10,C3 or what ever able to be used in these port modes or do I need a C26 I/O buffer board to interface with it???
