How to convert DXF to cut on vinyl cutting machine

Hey guys, I have attached a DXF of a file i need help with. I want to be able to cut this design on a (vinyl Decal) cutting machine. Well it's not my machine a freind of mine has one and i don't think he's very experienced if i where to just send him a DXF file of a design i need cut in vinyl. So if theres anyone that knows how to do it or can convert it so it can be cut that would be great. Thanks

Any details on the machine your friend has? Maybe even its brand-name would be helpful.
There are maybe a number of brand specific codes - and if thats what you'll need then might be kinda helpful to know what "brand" it is. Otherwise if it uses g-code - there are a number of conversions to get your from dxf to that.
Lets us all know - there are some smart guys here and might could help.

The machine he uses is a roland gx-24

try this, I use inkscape, just rename it. upload don't accepts eps/svg files.
