Hello all, I've just started the cnc conversion of my x3 mill (Grizzly 0619) using the cncfusion #4 kit. I have the table and the x-saddle removed, and have also removed the x and y lead-screw brackets. Now I see that there are two pins on the x axis-saddle. How does one remove these? As you can see it didn't take me very long to run into trouble... any help is greatly appreciated, Jack |

| Frank, Yes, they are indeed tapered pins - and with a few gentle, but firm, taps from the top they did fall out. In regards to Jeff's link - the indepth guide doesn't remove the x/y lead-screw blocks - strange though, because Mr. Watson does remove everything else - on the mill I mean. Thanks, Jack |

| Jack, Sorry, I should have checked for the x/y lead-screw blocks removal instructions. Jeff...
