KX3 and EMC2 howto

The Sieg KX3 is a fairly popular bench top mill. It is sold from Harbor Freight, and various other sources. (Occasionally under different names)

I have therefore uploaded a simple "how to" for getting the KX3 up and running with the Linux EMC2 machine controller. The purpose is to avoid duplication of my own mistakes.
