Shim under the column to fix the tram permanently, under the vice just for a quick fix for this job.

Hi all, I have an X2 clone that i picked up from Princess Auto (Canadian Store)
Ive managed to get it trammed pretty well, I am trying to face mill some aluminum and i got mounted in a vice.
My problem is that between the cuts there are small ridges. Its seems like either the Table is tilted or the Spindle is tilted.
When i mount a dial indicator to the spindle and measure the table, the back of the table is lower then the front by .005.
Ive tried to adjust the machine to get rid of this but nothing seems to help it.
I think i may need to shim something, Would shimming the Vice help? Or perhaps shimming up the back side of the X? Z Column? im not sure.
How do i correct this? it says nothing about adjusting this in the manual.

im new to milling and want to learn the trade, so try not to laugh at my question...i have a question on the setup of my x2. how to i unlock the y axis i believe...the handle that moves the table forward and backward...it does not want to move and i cannot figure out how to get it moving. thanks for any posts
Is the little lock handle engaged?
the gib screws may be too tight, the 3 setscrews on the right side of the saddle.
loosen the nuts and back off the screws until it moves then snug the nuts back up.
don't loosen too much or you'll get slop, the table will wiggle back and forth.
