Teyber you could buy the crockpot and mineral oil I posted earlier in this thread
for alot less money it really is a simple process, find one that the quill cartridge will fit into, the whole spindle doesnt go in just the sleeve, place the lower 32907 in , once up to temp( don't leave unattended ) the 32907 will literally just drop right on and the races will fall into place as well make sure to wipe any oil away from the seats before dropping them in "dry" .
If you cant make the spacer then I can understand your frustrations
I have all the equipment if thats the way you want to go, finished my SX3 and a bridgeport this year, next on to the rf-31 for some maintenance
PM me we can talk, also have plenty of kluber

I've had some questions about the pulley that I made for the spindle on the SX3 spline. I thought I would show a photo of it since I have the camera today.

This was the first revision of the pulley and I still have to get more stock to tweak it with. I started with 1.75" steel 1018. It could be done with AL also. I also modified the plate that it attaches to in order to add the 2 bearings that Old MegaWatts mentioned in his post. Rather than to bore out the plate on the back, I simply faced it on the top and then added retainers on the bottom to keep the Bearings pushed up. that kept my bore aligned and still served the same purpose. Plus if I go back to a single bearing, the only downfall is the gap difference at the top of the plate.

But, I have some other ideas on how to connect to the spindle without using the splines.

    That will be revision 2.
