So I'm somewhat new to the game. I've got a CNC'ed X3 running flood coolant. I've only run a couple parts on it so far. The table is starting to get some spots on it from (I believe) the coolant. Should I wipe down the machine after use, every time? I know I need to start oiling the ways. What should I use? Am I going to have a problem with oil in my sump and how can I combat this? I've also got a small amount of surface rust on the column. What do I do prevent this? I know WD-40 is not the solution but I don't know what to use or where to get it. Thanks, Adam |

| Hi, Fluid is blasocut 2000 universal. I mixed a ratio of 8.33:1. Directions were anywhere from 5:1 to 20:1. I figured that as it evaporates I can easily add water until I've reached 20:1. As I've read, adding concentrate is another story because it doesn't dissolve if its added to a already mixed solution. Could I mix up a small batch of something like 3:1 or 4:1 once I've reached that point, bringing the 20:1 down so that I can simply add more water? Thanks, Adam |
