| Wait what ![]() I was just saying that he is using Mach and I am using EMC2. I know people who have been running mach have had funny results with the 540. People who run EMC are not. I can always check my numbers, but my parts are not coming out funny in aluminum, that was due to speeds and feeds and a cutter. I think the reason the steel cut funny was because of my method of clamping and DOC.
