qiuck disconnect tool changer

can someone tell if they sell some kind of kit for sherline or any other mini
mill . where you can change tools with qiuck disconects instead of the one
where you have to tighten it with an allen wrech.

The Tormach tool system from littlemachineshop.com comes pretty close. You only have to LOOSEN the drawbar, not remove it.
