Minarik MM23001C settings for stock spindle X3 mill

Hi
I've put a Minarik model MM23001C speed control in my X3 cnc conversion. The drivetrain to the spindle is stock.

I cannot seem to find the proper torque and ir comp pot settings. Would anyone care to share theirs?
