Need Help!- Finding obscure collets

I've been looking for a collet to replace one that got a bit jacked up when the bit broke loose and whirred up into the collet, widening the inner diameter of the collet from .125 to .15. In any case, does anyone know where to find Fischer-Precise Collets that are directly from them. They say that it is so special/obscure that they only make 10 a year. If I can't find a cheaper replacement I am going to have to find a new tool-holding option for my spindle. The spindle is a Precise SC77 Liquid Cooled Powerquill and the collet is a SRP7 Collet from Precision. Any Ideas/help would by much appreciated.

Did you ever find a source for these collets? I'm now looking for the tool holders, which also seem to be extremely rare!

Yes a photo may help, they have there own part numbers for there collets, but they also look like a standard ER11 or ER16 collets

Here's a grainy old picture of the tool holder from the cover of the manual, and one of the collet. I'm sorry, I don't have a print, or an actual part to measure.

Can you measure the angle on your collet, these have 8deg per side 16deg total, they have a different front but you could modify them to suit your nut if the main body is the same

Thank you - that might work. I hadn't considered modifying another collet, I will need to get hold of a collet, a tool holder or a drawing to find out. So far all I have is the spindle itself but I'm working on it, there is some hope on the horizon.
