| I've also made posts wondering why no one yet seems to have made a x-travel kit for the X3. [There seems to be a large gap between the X3 and the next larger sized mills. It seems that something just a little larger--weighs a half a ton.] |

| Since the RF-45 clones are only about $300 more then a SX3, just ebay the SX3 and buy a RF-45 clone. Putting a bigger table on the X3/SX3 would probably be a bad idea, since the y-axis dovetails are not really wide enough to support a larger heavier table. I think you would be very disappointed in the resulting stability and stiffness. |
