How do I get the e-mails off your mailing list. I have to delete them and wish to look only at them in the forums?

Go to your User Control Panel (User CP link near top of this page), then on the left hand side, click the Edit Options link, then in the "Messaging and Notifications" section, Default Thread Subscription Mode groupbox, select "No Email Notification" from the drop-down list.
