Anyone had success with CNC4PC Speed controller on SX3?

I have the C11g board and want to run most everything with Mach. Has anyone been able to get a speed controller connected and working with the new XMT1000 control board from Sieg? The Wiring diagram on Arturo's site is for the old machine and not anything near this one. I read that full speed the motor is getting 300volts AC.

What I have measured and what I have read are totally different. I appears that the system treats the motor like a mini 3 phase system due to the tapping feature. Or at least that what it looks like with an initial look.

Here is a link to the Wiring diagram in the manual.

Here is the pic of the controller board to see if yours is the same.

Buy me a Beer?

I am looking for an answer to this as well. I know this must be possible as the Syil conversion includes an interface board for motor control:

Breakout board:

Additional board that goes between the front panel of the SX3 and the motor board. This is probably where the 'magic' lies.

Ideally, we could just buy this interface board from Syil. However, I have had friendly but pessimistic communication with Richard of Syil America that the board is tightly integrated with their drivers and breakout board and he doesn't think it would work without a large contingent of their electronics system.

I have the Grizzly variant of the SuperX3 with the CNCFusion Deluxe kit. It is working magnificently. The last remaining control issue is spindle on/off and speed. I sure would like to get that working.

I have 1 for my x2 it blew up for some reason and I sent it back to Arturo to check it and he just sent me a new one. I still havent got it to produce voltage from the output to send to the motor. I do know that it is a programing problem more than likely though. If you havent been on CNC4PC's yah00 group page then you may want to ask on there some there are quite a few posts on there about the board and how to get it to work from me and others. Arturo is a frequent visitor there also.

Yep, I have the exact setup you do devers6. Looking over the sheet that you linked (Thanks by the way!) It looks like Arturo needs to sell a "non oem" version.

I guess it will stay as is for now and I will just control coolant and such for now. It certainly is a complex system to say the least. Maybe at some point Arturo can help with this. I sent him an e-mail, but haven't gotten a response yet.
