Sherline PostProcessor for DolphinCAM

Does anybody have a working postprocessor that can be used with Dolphin CAM to produce useable G-Code for the Sherline CNC Mill EMC software? The 2 different postprocessor files received from Dophin so far do not produce arc's or circles properly on the Sherline EMC. Both generate errors.

What kind of errors are being produced?

Are the circles/radius larger than what you expected?

It may be in the config of Mach 3 that it should be abs or Inc, check that out.

Dolphin has been working on the issue. In a very simple circle and rectangle drawing, once post processed, the Sherline EMC says there is an error in line 2, "unknown control command in o word". Here is the start of the file.

If I delete line 2, most things work, depth, speed and rectangles, however circles do not cut right, they look like a circle with 4 sides arced in.

Just wanted to confirm all is working with this post now. Is it working well now?

I received a new post processor last night from Dolphin and we tried a couple of simple designs and all looks good so far! No errors I will now work on the more complex part and see how it goes and will post the results here. THANKS! Ted.
