Proxxon KT150 Retrofit Kit from DamenCNC

Has anyone ordered this kit and been recently delivered ? Your opinion will be useful for me.

I ordered the kit from him over a month ago and paid a few days later and I still haven't received it. He told me that the kit was backordered but on march 5th he sent me an e-mail and told me that everything was okay and that he would send the kit to me the week after. I still haven't received it. I've written to him several times in the past week and have heard nothing from him so I will be filing a dispute with Paypal in order to get back my money. I have no way of knowing if he is ripping people off, but my experience with him doesn't make me want to recommend him.

Fortunately you paid Kevin Damen with PayPal as I did it.
This guy is a real liar, so don't hesitate to transform this dispute into claim, whatever be the answer from Kevin Damen.
I ordered this kit on the end of December. Two not held promises of delivery and a lot of unanswered emails later, I launched a dispute which I then transformed into claim on the end of February.
I was first partially refunded, and a few days later integrally refunded as a result of his account being locked by PayPal. (thanks PayPal).

After raising a "dispute" in Paypal things took off. 3 days later I received the package from Kevin Damen with all the parts. Unfortunate that it had to be that way, but I'm just glad I got the parts so I can focus on getting my CNC up and running.

Just another update on this issue. So I received the parts from Kevin Damen and he sent me a preliminary version of the manual by e-mail and apologized that he had just discovered (after writing the manual, apparently) that some of the parts I needed for the retrofit were missing from the package he sent me. He told me he would make sure to send them right away and also send me the manual once it had been finished. Now - after 20 days and countless e-mails - still nothing.

While this guy might not be a complete hoax - he sure doesn't know a thing about customer service.

My advice - don't buy from him.
