I've seen a lot of comments to do some manual work before going to CNC which is what I want to do. So I am trying out some, anyone got any tips for smooth curves? | If you want to know how to do curve and circle on a manual machine you will need a rotary table for sure, it is in fact a good thing to start by doing manual work it will help you in getting the feel of you machine a cnc is great for complicated and intricate work, but in my opinion it often creates a gap between the machinist and its machine wich is why i think again in my own opinion that the machinist on a cnc becomes more of an operator.
