    Very nice conversion! Congratulations.

I will be interested to see how well the lead screws and nut hold up with a small amount of backlash.

What are you using for way and lead screw lube?
How often do you lube it?

    Good luck.
    Pres

    Lubrication

I have just put a few drop of oil on to the screw and bearings.
I have only run the cnc for about 10 hours so far

Since the cnc conversion I have only lubed it once with ordinary oil. It's only been used about 10 hours.
