Got an option on a cheap rotary table for my X2 mini mill. Choices are 4", 6" or 8" table mountable horizontal and vertical. I'm thinking an 8" would be to big for the max spindle to table distance of 280mm. What about a 6"? I'm thinking the problem will be if the table is mounted vertically - will there be enought room for a cutter? FYI the Sieg only have a 4" associated with the X2 in their catalogue which has got me wondering if a 6" would fit. Thanks. |
