    Hi,
I'm doing the same thing presently. The gears on my X2 have been stripped twice. I'm sick of ordering the replacement gear, just to have to do it again two months later. It's my fault for always running in high gear.
Long story short, I'm building the small pulley on my lathe presently. I found the prints here. http://www.hossmachine.com/projects_...t%20conversion
