Thank you for the great video, chuck! I don't have a Sherline mill any more, but the concept is fantastic (I do have a couple of THK linear slides that need covers...)

not bad, i wonder if i could do basically the same thing with just a cut up dryer hose....

A cut up dryer hose seems like a good idea. They're not very expensive and comes in various sizes.

its just what i thought of when i saw yours, i thought to myself, that looks like a square dryer hose.. thats all, well, actually, i think someone else mentioned it elsewhere on the site...
