Top Tech mills?? Anybody used or seen one?

Been looking at some Top Tech mills that Penn Tools carry. Machine looks similar to a X3 but I dont think it has as large specs. Weight quite a bit though. The thing about all of there mills is they take 2MT tooling. I have always used R8 in a mill so I'm not real sure about the arbors. Anybody use them in there mill besides them? I looked on MSC and didnt see alot of items like end mill holders in 2MT so I dont know. What are you guys opinions on this. If you want a part # for the mill so you can look at it yourself then just let me know and I'll post it up. Thanks.

i'd hold out for an r8 spindle mill mainly for the reasons you stated
if an x3 size suits your needs then go for one of those with r8
r8 tooling is (in the uk ) a lot more available than mt stuff

I had a boring mill with 5MT spindle.
I had to cross drill the spindle and every toolholder to match, then I drove a 7/16 spiral pin in and out for every tool that would make a side load.
Pretty scary when a 6" shellmill (about 15lbs) comes out in the middle of a .25 cut.

Point is - unless it's a drilling machine, an MT spindle is plain stupid.

Seems to be a Bf 20/200 or the likes. Also have found lots of available tool holders for a 2MT spindle. Pretty sure this has a drawbar. I wouldnt have a mill without one.
