Do you gents in the US still see the coupons issued for the Harbour Freight stores?

I haven't seen a "generic" coupon in a while. I'm on the email list, and get the paper mailings, and all of the coupons in the last quarter or so have been for little stuff, not really for larger machines. Certainly no general 15% off coupons like they used to have.

I've read in a few places that due to economic factors, raw materials costs, etc, that we shouldn't expect many smoking hot deals from retail for a while. However, I've noticed a few more deals coming up from various local shops going out of business. Good time to be a vulture, I think.

I call it bottom feeding. If I am interested but don't really need it no, I keep my Eyes opn for the real good prices. Any one can walk in and pay full price.

They have just opened 2 harbour freight stores within driving distance and a third is only 40 min away.

No good coupons lately.

Grizzly X3 - 950.00 makes for a good savings over the Harbour Freight X3 at 1199.00.

I got my X3 from HF for 20% off without a coupon.
The X3 was a special order, and when I went to order it, I spoke to the store manager. I told him that I had a 20% off coupon in the past (was expired) and left it at home. He gave me 20% off anyways so that I didn't have to wait for a new coupont to show up.
