Tormach tooling in an X3?

I got a bran new X3 a couple weeks ago and it comes with some jimmy rigged wrench for holding the spindle while tightening. The problem with this is the hole diameter is too small to use with large tools or Tormach tools.

What do you guys do about this to use Tormach tooling and be able to tighten the spindle tightly?

Let me know, I hate that wrench thing, I'm trying to figure out a good way to make a spindle lock or something, I'd like to see if anyone else has done this.

I dont know if it fits the x3 spline, but it looks like it might
