X2 turnkey conversions?

I have had my HF Mini Mill for a couple of years now. I would like to do a CNC conversion on it but am very overwelmed by all the different options and parts to do so. Of course I have looked here and have looked at the many sites that sell parts for such a conversion but is there anyone that does straight up turn-key conversions? Someplace I can send my machine off to and recieve back a ready to run unit?
