3/8 to 1/2 adapter

Im looking for a adapter to use a 1/2" shank endmill with my 3/8" spindle. Anyone know where i can get one or have one made?

I made my own on my lathe.It took me four times to get it right.The first couple had some run-out.Are you useing them for a Porter Cable router or what.
