Question for those with a x2 belt conversion

With a belt conversion on a mini mill, is the draw bar for the spindle still accessible? And what does the nut that the spanner wrench actually do? And with the belt conversion is this still nut accessible? Also with the belt conversion you really don,t need any of the plastic spindle gears anymore, right?

If your talking about that one, theres a pic, you can see that the drawbar is accessable, the spanner nut is right under the drawbar, and thats what you use the spanner wrench for. I believe the spanner nut holds the front pully down. and no, you dont need the gears at all when converted to belt drive.
